SGR Suite
The SGR platform is the cloud-based distributed platform and the centerpiece of the RedSquare® Ecosystem. It is responsible for creating and managing all keys, authenticating users, and acting as the connection point with third-party platforms.
The SGR Suite is also responsible for device management, geolocation, and receiving and managing alarms.
The platform consists of various microservices distributed in the cloud, ensuring 99.9% availability. Each client receives a private instance of the platform, parameterized for their own business model.
A completely flexible platform with an open API that can be integrated with any legacy system. This integration includes everything from user databases to customized alarms, locations, and devices.
Reports and Monitoring
The reporting tool displays on-screen alarms, users, access times (both entry and exit). This report can be exported to other BI tools or Excel.
Each virtual access key to the devices is a unique encrypted key generated individually for each user. Users can be registered directly on the platform or through API integration.
Dashboard and Maps
The Dashboard provides quick and instant information about user accesses and active devices.
The map allows you to visualize the geographical point and status in case of an alarm; this identification will be visible. It is also possible to generate heat maps with alarm data to work on theft prevention.
Scalability
No limits on users and devices in the same system. It is also applicable anywhere on the planet without the need for power and data infrastructures.
Security
In addition to double encryption and individual access rules and authentication, each key has a validity of 24 hours.
Integration
The management platform is integrable via API. This eliminates the need for duplicate registrations and records, along with the possibility of alarm unification.
